JBR Architecture College was established in the year 2012 under the aegis of the Joginpally BR Educational Society, Hyderabad. It is a private, autonomous college which is situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. The college has been affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Hyderabad. It has been approved by the COA (Council of Architecture, New Delhi). The mission of JBR Architecture College is to develop in students the potential inert qualities that will enable them to become leaders in the fields of architecture and planning around the world, as well as to understand, articulate, and carry out various social responsibilities. The college wants to foster a culture of thought that embraces the idea of "making" in order to attain greatness in design.
The JBR Architecture College courses are offered to interested candidates at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. Interested candidates can enrol in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at JBR Architecture College. There are a total of three courses available in the stream of architecture that are taught here. JBR Architecture College offers its courses in a traditional, offline format. The B.Arch course duration is five years, and the M.Arch course duration is two years. Candidates must fulfil the minimal requirements for admission set by the college for the JBR Architecture College courses in order to get admission. Candidates for B.Arch programmes must have completed class 12 or the equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths subjects.
